I didn’t set out to be a salesman. I started my first company, Tabor Interactive, because I had something I wanted to build. Running it meant leading sales myself, whether I felt ready for it or not — and I eventually sold that company to a NASDAQ-listed buyer. That experience, closing deals as the founder with everything on the line, is the foundation of the credibility I bring into a room with other CEOs. I’ve been on their side of the table.
I spent the next 23 years at the Colorado Chamber of Commerce, most recently as Executive Vice President of Business Partnerships, building a membership sales approach that became nationally recognized. Along the way, I started ProCO360 because I wanted to have interesting conversations with Colorado business leaders — and it turned into something more: a podcast named “Best Colorado Business Podcast” every year since 2021, and a revenue engine that’s generated over $1 million in membership, foundation funding, and sponsorship.
Education: a business degree from Drake University and an MBA from the University of Colorado.
Podcasting: ProCO360 featuring the CEOs of high-growth Colorado companies and Stubbornly Young, a show for people in their 50s, 60s and 70s who have no intention of slowing down.
Home: Littleton, Colorado
More: when I’m not working, I’m usually outside — snowshoeing, hiking, or losing a round of golf. I was a college mascot, and then the Denver Broncos mascot — how that happened is a great story.
